    Hi I have just acquired a 1980 CM200T. I was told the carb is new, and it appears so. It starts instantly, and idles smoothly all day, but at full throttle, it pops and spits and backfires. The top speed is just north of 45. If I adjust the carb by the FSM, it runs much worse. It runs its best...
