    Ok, I have the center stand for my bike but like most I have seen, the arm is broke off. I would really like to use this for general garage storage. So my question is to try to find a intact original or would welding an arm on my existing be strong enough. I know these do see plenty of force...

    Has anyone put a Centerstand on a 1979 CM185T or similar small bike? Could this be a bolt-on operation or is it likely to be a custom fabrication job just to get mounting points?
