The Official - On My Most Recent Outing - Pic Thread.

I was out today (pretty well all day) and there arose many opportunities for photos but, with the weather so good today and the poor weather of fall and winter on the horizon, I couldn't really be bothered to take too many.

I did take a couple though (for another scavenger hunt on another forum) and thought of an idea for a cool (at least I think so) thread here.
    .................................................. ...........
Basically, when you're out on your ride and you snap a photo at some point, wherever that may be, just post it here. Only rule is, it must have been taken on your most recent ride and your bike (or part of your bike) must be included in the pic. That's it!

A pic during your most recent ride.

    So, I'll start.

    Here's one from today's ride.

    I hope the idea sticks!
    Cheers.

Cool pics. I love action shots like that. Not necessarily the safest, but I'm guilty of the same.

There definitely were a lot of bikes out today... but not mine. I was in agony at work today, see all the bikes out as I was stuck in a car.

    Cool, thanks!

For the record though, my camera was clamped to my bars. I wasn't holding it. I try to always play it safe.

I hear you on the bikes, it's been crazy nice here and I think everyone who owns a bike in the area has been out these past two days.

I'm working nights so I've been sneaking out during the day.

I already have a topic where I put the photos I snap when I wobble around Scania where I live.

But if you want me to I can post here every now and then.
This is from my latest ride this Wednesday. It's at the castle of Torup.

Absolutely! Especially when your pics are THAT nice!

    Very cool pic.

I figure if everyone (when possible) tossed in a shot from their last ride, it might turn in to a pretty cool thread and spark some good conversation and such.

Really sweet pic. Thanks for sharing, Znabb.

I'm gong to check out your thread as well. Living where you do I'm sure there are a ton of cool picks. I love the history in your part of the world. Every time I go there, I realize just how new and young our country here (Canada) is. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my country and where I live, we just don't have near the historical buildings or the many hundreds of years of recorded history - and I dig me some history.

    Cheers.

Where abouts are you in this beautiful country?
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”

Along the shores of Lake Huron.............in Ontario.

I have a lot of family in your neck of the woods. They are throughout the East coast, many in Quebec.

My dad is from New Brunswick and my mom's family is originally from Gaspesie.
