78 cb400 hawk TII no horn no headlights

Currently plugging away on a cafe build and Im missing something. I am putting the wiring back together and the current status is: I have lights to the rear of the bike, I have no horn or headlight and the bike will only turn over when I directly ground the solenoid. I had a great manual but it went missing after I moved and every schematic seems to be different. Im assuming Im missing a ground somewhere but I cant figure out where!!

Did you check your fuses? You should consider changing to blade. There's a sticky

Maybe I should've included that. I changed all of my fuses to blades. Good point I haven't tested continuity across them after changing.

Headlight and starter are a common switch, so both faults could be attributable to that switch failing....
The horn requires the handlebar risers be grounded to the rest of the chassis somehow.....
Usually a short Black wire link from riser nut to meter bracket bolt with a ring terminal on both ends

Update for anyone interested. I'm an idiot and forgot that the bars I put on had a coating which would prevent the ground in the switches working one wire from inside the switch solved weeks of trouble shooting.
