Also the only oring that I see on the bottom of carb is for the air mixture only. The needle valve gets just installed on clip to the float. The rebuild carb parts comes with some orings but I only see one inside the bowl area and one on side of the air valve is there any thing I am missing I see there is some between the 2 carbs Thanks for your help

If you bought an aftermarket rebuild kit (indicating you haven't done your homework) there very well could be extra un-needed parts. The parts fiche will show you what is needed and where it goes:

So what I see is no. Only in the air mixture is the oring, inside the float bowl that is all. Thanks.

Since the carbs are apart, I would recommend cleaning and rebuilding them using the original Honda gasket set:

    Part # 16010-413-305

Sounds like you've already seen the tutorial, but, just in case:

Thank you got that tutorial now that helps me I appreciate that Basically I am going to clean and change the gasket in the float bowl and the one oring in the air mixture. Also the air valve on the side has to be changed cause it is shot the rubber but I did see that oring. Again if you remember any other prints please let me know inside the float bowl. Again thanks for your help
