Can someone confirm the size of the rear axle castle nut?

    my calipers say something between 21 and 22 mm. i tried a 13/16in (20.6375mm) socket and it didn't fit so i'm assuming it's 22mm.

A 22mm socket should fit tightly on the NUT, CASTLE (16MM inner) part number 94011-16220-0S.

It's a metric bike, so yeah metric fasteners throughout. Give the old girl some respect and get a set of metric wrenches/sockets, even cheap ones. While you're at that, get a few extra 10mm sockets. You'll come to understand this in the fullness of time, lol

Thought the same thing when I saw pics of the nut on the other side. I'm guessing it's irrelevant.
