    Front drum brake light switch

    Hello all,
I have a 1969 cb350 that I bought many moons ago and I'm just getting around to working on. The previous owner replaced the brake cable but it looks like the cable doesn't have a switch in it. I looked at one in a parking lot last week and it appears to have the switch integrated into the cable. I've seen a switch on common motors but it says its not for my year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can either look for a good, used '68-'69 cable with a switch in it, or convert to a later switch housing on that side with the built-in switch. Or....you could do like I did and use a regular cable on it and forget about having a front brake light switch. Hondas before 1968 didn't have them, anyway.
