    Running rich with Pods Solution

Just wanted to share a problem solved!

Was having issues with our CB160 running far too rich and constantly fouling the plugs.

Happy to say that after a discussion with Steve (66Sprint) the problem was solved.

The solution: 3inch of PVC pipe inserted between the POD and the Carb, a bit of tweaking on the adjustment screws and no more foul plugs!

Glad to hear my suggestion helped out, but even gladder you posted the solution where it can help other Hondatwins members with similar problems.....

These pods that a PO put on my CB450 have built in velocity stacks which seem to alleviate the problems with the other pods.

I may have to give that a try. The PVC solution is still working great. But, we are planning to go down to line star rally in Galveston, TX this November and I think I'd like something that looks a bit nicer. Of course I prefer function to aesthetics...but if I can get both then great!
