Thanks Steve. You and I worked on this bike +5 years ago via late night phone calls. I think we might have taken the crankshaft cover off one night to rotate pistons to the top position, possibly.
Now I am reconsidering splitting the bottom end to see if there are little pieces of that piston head in there. Seems like it might be more work than what its worth. My buddy had the same thing happen to him and he "flushed" any little bits out with kerosene or diesel fuel. Thoughts?
