Had beer in the kitchen fridge.. got the hankering (havnt heard that word for a while) for something "different"..
I keep the home brew in the garage fridge..or kegerator..
.. that Lager is STILL fermenting.. I keep THAT in the spare bathroom tub..coldest room in the house. Plus, the headspace in this batch wasn't much.. if it blew the airlock off... it is all contained in the tub.. no muss no fuss

Pulled this one out ... one of my FIRST Lagers..
didn't make much of a "pift" when opened, noticed it had little head space..
But as u can tell ... plenty of carbonation .. I think I used Amerillo hops with this one....
    Mmmmnnn..
I think I'm done with ales for a while, it's summer, and this is a crushable beer!

NOPE.. just realized proper orientation of the phone from the last photo the "problem" is going BACK to older photos.. I can't remember how it was positioned / oriented when those pics were taken isn't easy, the phone "fixes" them for viewing

Yes, and because we're so used to so many things electronic "fixing" stuff for ease of use (read: dumbing things down), so many people do not realize the way they hold the phone when taking pictures is important

Is that another sideways picture...? and here I thought you got that down by now. Maybe your wife needs to read the post for you and go teacher mode and explain it...
