    You know, if this worked in 1974 electronics have come a long, long way since then.

    I know they are available. Purposely built ones are kinda pricey though. There are DIY articles on building one (really nothing but an adequate sized capacitor). Just like the article said in 1974 though, I keep thinking there has to be a catch.
