I just picked up a 1978 400A Hondamatic for my wife to learn on and it needs a little work so I decided to join this forum since there is a lot of interesting information about this bike. It didn't come with the CDI Unit so I'm trying to find one so I can get it running. Hopefully it won't take too much to get it on the road.

Welcome 78. Good luck and post some pics!
    what do you ride?
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
