Cancun, we used to go to the one inside Western Bowl until they opened a second location just around the corner on Glen Crossing Way.

Happy Late Friday Beer Evening!!! Been a busy day prepping and painting my house with my dad. Had plenty of beer drinking time today, kept it local again and went with two growlers from Scuttlebutt. One of the fine Blond Ale and Hefiewizen.

Have a great evening everyone...

Had to tear out the old kitchen faucet so I can replace it and reseal the sink. No bike time tonight. Got down a Yard's Brewing ESA, a Victory Storm King Stout, and one pint of my own Scottish 60 Shilling with my taco's this evening.

Quoted from the above:

In the mid 70's, Australians were the 3rd biggest beer drinker in the world (behind Germany and Belgium). In the late 90's, they don't even get into the top ten!

I trust you guys have rectified this situation in the decade or so since this article was written!

Hello all, good morning from the northwest. Thanks to everyone for their input and sharing their favorite tasty beverages from around the rock.

Today I've decided to shed a little light on one of Washington's best kept brew secrets, which is home, to one of the area finest breweries. I may be a little biased, due to growing up down the road from the little treasure and knowing most everyone that has worked there for the last 15 years. But I feel this is definitely one of the Northwests finest beers.

Nestled alone the side of the Mount Baker Higher Way (SR 542), known as one of Washington's most beautiful highways, is the North Fork Brewery, Pizzeria, Beer Shrine and Local Wedding Chapel. Yes that is right, its all of the above and holy cow do they brew some high octane northwest beers and barely wine. They are also home to some of the counties best eats with all natural healthy ingredients, in pizzas to fresh garden salads the North Fork is a true hidden gem.

So if your ever on your way up or down the Mount Baker Highway (SR 542,which I highly recommend!!!!!), weather it's skiing or snowboarding at the mountain or winding up the white knuckle turns on the way to the top. Stop in and see Viki and Sandy's lil stop, and have a glass of brew-master Eric's hard work. Tell them that 'One Armed Nate' from Acme sent ya and pick up a glass of 'Hair of the Frog' for me!

Thank you North Fork for providing us with such great libations!!!!

Once again I'm enjoying a few Honey Brown lagers on a nice Friday evening. @ $9.99 a twelve pack, it's good beer at a good price.
