I have a 73 cb175 that has a charging issue. At 5k rpm the battery will only keep charged at around 12.4 volts. It has a new regulator rectifier kit from common motor and a new agm battery.It will progressively get weaker and only last maybe 100 miles. I just bought a 79 CM185, that's on a pretty good shape. The main problem is the previous owner put a 12 volt battery on it. He said he rode it for a few minutes and it died.
